Such great advice here! I have been using a natural deodorant for a long time and only shave once a week. I would love to try sugar waxing though! I live in north dfw so I might be able to swing your place!

Is the armpit detox safe while breastfeeding? And epsom salt foot baths? Thanks, can’t wait to try this.

Courtney, I am so glad I found your Instagram and subsequently this post on your website. I have had a love-hate relationship with my armpits for years now. My body odor has been so potent that a lot of my shirts have been ruined because of it. I have also correlated the cause of it being what I put inside my body so I’ve done lots of changes. I’ve also tried at least 10 different natural deodorants and most of them have broken me out and I attributed that to the baking soda. Right now, I have at least an inch of hair under my armpits and I want to shave but then again, I don’t want to shave. The itching and the redness that come from it I detest but of course like you said, it’s not exactly embraced in America. But I am definitely going to do this detox and the clay mask because I have got to find something that works and get these pits under control. Thanks so much for sharing your journey!

Some of your links do not work, pure and radiant ones just take you to domain for sale. I love all the info here and need to try. I’ve been using homemade deodorant for years but would love to stop all together.

    Helli,
I read on your page that I should drink half of my body weight in ounces of water daily.
Could you explain how much is that if I weigh 142 lbs? I t did the conversion in ounces..and I get 2272 oz..So half of that comes to ~30 liters.
    I’m missing something
    I do drink 1.5
    Thank you
