    Love the suggestion! Definitely will try the face sunscreens. My functional doctor just recommended more sunshine time and also the dminder app. I think you would love it! Based on you location, time of day, skin type, etc it tells you when to be in the sun and tell max exposure, uv index, etc.

    We take another supplement with vitamin K called Bone Restore. We also take vitamin D supplements. What supplement needs vitamin K to be better absorbed? Calcium or vitamin D?

    I tried to click on the link for vitamin d/k drops, but it didn’t pop up. Which brand do you recommend? I use the “dminder” app you suggested a while ago, and it says we can’t get vitamin d for 41 more days! I guess I’m confused on how to get vitamin d naturally if the sun isn’t in the correct position…?
