I'm a wife, mother, Doctor of Chiropractic and the owner + founder of Our Well House in Frisco, TX.

I specialize in fertility, preconception, prenatal, pediatric, women’s health and whole family wellness. My firm belief in the body as self-healing and self-regulating permeates my online presence as I share health + wellness from a normal human physiology perspective which is often backed by peer-reviewed literature, natural living, and my raw, real, and vulnerable heart as we navigate everything life brings. I have made it my mission to empower others to take control of their health by living a lifestyle that honors their God-given innate ability to heal.

In addition to my social media community, I'm an avid public speaker and my work has also been featured in Well Being Journal.

I take brand partnerships very seriously because this community has a high level of trust with me and I don’t ever want to take that for granted. Especially as a Doctor of Chiropractic, my recommendations come with more weight than your average Instagrammer.

This community is loyal and engaged. I'm grateful for each and every person who has joined me in this space and I take the time to respond thoughtfully. Over 90% of this community are women. 60% are between the ages of 25-34. 89% live in the United States. 12% live in Dallas, TX. In addition to a social media following, I also serve over 600 people at my office on a weekly basis who I converse with daily about all aspects of health and wellness.

my community

It is my belief that the body is a gift uniquely designed by our Creator. My mission is to inspire people to feel empowered and healthy within their bodies and to serve as many people as I can to bring glory to God. To educate people of all ages to take action steps towards owning and managing a life with vitalism.

my purpose + mission

I'm a follower of Jesus first, wife second, mother third, chiropractor fourth, and share on social media last. I have these core values and priorities set in place so that I can serve my community at a higher capacity, both in my office and online. If you have a time sensitive campaign, I will do my best to work with you and your timeline but life comes first!

kill my vibe

I promise to always be thankful for your trust in me with your products or services. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve the Dallas Fort Worth community with chiropractic care and appreciate your dedication to health and wellness.

thank you

I strive to bring goodness and blessings to all people, to be true to my word, and not compromise my principles even when under fire. Serving with integrity involves my attitude toward every human being I encounter, and others will see my attitude in the way I manifest it through my actions, words, photos, stories, videos and tones.

fair + honest

Being authentic through and through is of deep value in how I serve my community. I am real, raw, and I am what people say I am. I am vulnerable and crave depth in my relationships to better serve you. What you see is what you get.

in my roots

In everything I say and do, I am living in harmony with my environment: mind, body, and spirit. I am true to myself and maintain consistency in every aspect of service.

to my core

My faith is my foundation. It is my complete trust and belief in God. I know that through the eyes of our Creator, you shine in divine perfection and I see and serve you in that same light. My core mission is to serve as many people as I can to bring glory to God.

I strive for honesty, integrity and clarity in everything I do in my office and on social media so it is important to me that I would never recommend a product, company, or service to my community that I don’t 100% believe in. I allow at least 30 days to fully integrate a new-to-me product into my lifestyle so that I know the benefits firsthand. I always want to be clear about this expectation.
