    We do lemon gargles. Folks don’t believe it but juice a lemon and a god pinch of Himalayan salt. Throw back ur head and sip about one third, gargle as long as u can then swallow slowly. Repeat till done. We do this at any sign of “illness”” rarely has anything hit us when we do and if it does, it doesn’t stick around very long… 12 -24 hrs max. ‍♀️
